Trinity Episcopal to present its annual ‘Taste of Trinity’

“A Taste of Trinity,” the annual fall tradition of Trinity Episcopal Church, will be presented by the Episcopal Church Women on Saturday at the church at 703 W. Third Ave.

Doors will open at 10 a.m. for the bake shop, casseroles and treasures. Admission is free of charge.

A luncheon will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The menu will include “Salad Three Ways” — baked chicken salad, Waldorf salad and marinated vegetable salad — rolls, pumpkin mousse with gingersnap sprinkles, coffee and iced tea. Luncheon tickets are $8 each and are available by calling 870-534-3832 or at the door on the day of the event.

An original James Hayes Art Glass bowl will be offered as part of the fundraising activities. Tickets for the prize drawing are $1 each. Fall centerpieces on the serving tables will be offered for sale.
