Activities planned Monday through Friday at the Strachota Senior Center, formerly the Bradshaw Senior Citizens Center, 801 E.


Coffee/ low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics for seniors by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch.

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Strachota Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Strachota center is available by calling 870-543-6323.
