The Pine Bluff Chapter of The Links Inc., will sponsor its annual Walk-a-Thon, Make Health a Habit, on Saturday at Saracen Landing.
Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m., and the walk will begin at 8 a.m. There is a registration fee of $5 for adults. Students and senior citizens 65 years and older are invited to participate at no cost.
The goal of “Project Walking Fete: Make Health a Habit” promotes walking as a healthy pastime.
The proceeds generated from this year’s event have been designated for Youth Partners Inc. of Pine Bluff.
