The Pine Bluff Chapter of The Links Inc., will sponsor its annual Walk-a-Thon, Make Health a Habit, on Saturday at Saracen Landing.
Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m., and the walk will begin at 8 a.m. There is a registration fee of $5 for adults. Students and senior citizens 65 years and older are invited to participate at no cost.
The goal of “Project Walking Fete: Make Health a Habit” promotes walking as a healthy pastime.
The proceeds generated from this year’s event have been designated for Youth Partners Inc. of Pine Bluff.

Eva McGee serves as president of the Pine Bluff chapter, which was chartered in 1969. Broughton is the chairman of the Health and Human Services facet.
