Junior League of Pine Bluff announces ‘Heads or Tails’ event

The Junior League of Pine Bluff has set the date for “Heads or Tails,” a benefit/fundraiser to fight against child hunger in our community.

The event will be held from 7 p.m. to midnight April 6 at Harbor Oaks Restaurant.

JLPB is hopeful that this evening will encourage all to dance the night away for charity. Patrons will enjoy food, drinks, auction and live music from Dr. Zarr’s Amazing Funkmonster band.

Tickets are $55 for adults 21 and up. Valid identification will be required. Proceeds will directly benefit children who are hungry in Jefferson County.

JLPB’s primary project for the past four years has been to reduce child hunger in Jefferson County through the backpack food program. Through a partnership with the Arkansas Rice Depot, JLPB distributes backpacks filled with healthy and easy-to-prepare foods to children in need throughout the school year, as well as Spring break and holidays.

For sponsorship information or to purchase tickets contact the JLPB office 870-879-3366.
