Jefferson County Extension Homemakers clubs reorganizing


The Jefferson County Extension Homemakers Clubs are reorganizing and seeking new members.

The mission of these clubs is to empower individuals and families to improve their quality of living through continuing education, leadership development, and community service.

The following is a list of the Jefferson County Extension Homemakers Clubs, where and when they meet:

• Camden Road EH Club meets the third Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., at Whiteville Baptist Church.

• Grace Willing Workers EH Club meets the second Thursday at 10 a.m., at Centennial Fellow Church.

• Lunch Bunch EH Club meets the first Thursday at noon at the Jefferson County Extension Conference Room, 500 Idaho St.

• White Hall Willing Workers EH Club, meets the fourth Tuesday at 7 p.m., at the White Hall branch of the Pine Bluff Library.

The membership of Extension Homemakers Clubs and their program benefits are available to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
