The Canton Flea Market was the destination recently for the Relyance Bank Crown Club Girls Getaway when they visited the Magnolia State. They arrived at the beautiful Renaissance at Colony Park in Ridgeland, Miss., where they had a choice from many restaurants, fantastic chains and unique lunch spots for a delightful lunch.
The afternoon was spent shopping at the many upscale specialty shops that featured imported items from around the world. Later, they arrived at the Drury Inn and Suites in Ridgeland where they had time to freshen up before the hotel’s 5:30 Kickback featuring hot food and cool beverages. Later in the evening some in the group traveled to Northpark Mall for more shopping.
The next morning the ladies traveled to the Canton Flea Market and had plenty of time for shopping at the south’s finest arts and craft show, attracting more than 1,100 artists and craftsmen from neighboring communities and more than 29 states. There is a carnival atmosphere, with food and craft booths lining the streets, parking lots, courthouse square and every available lot.
On the way home, the group made a final rest and shop stop at Paul Michaels in Lake Village.
