WHITE HALL — Lindsey Leigh Sheftic and Terry Wayne Wingard, both of White Hall, are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of White Hall High School and a 2011 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas Little Rock, with a degree in communication disorders. She is pursuing a master’s in communication disorders at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is the daughter of Dana and Sammie Rogers Sheftic of White Hall. Her grandparents are Vivian Rogers and the late S. Jimmy Rogers Jr. of Pine Bluff, Alex and Anne Sheftic of Hilo, Hawaii, and the late Ilene Sheftic of Sacramento, Calif.
The prospective bridegroom is 2004 graduate of White Hall High School and a 2007 graduate of the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy. He is currently attending classes at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is the son of Richard and Yvonne Terry Wingard of White Hall. His grandparents are John Terry and the late Margaret Terry of White Hall, and the late Wayne and Betty Wingard of the Sulphur Springs community of Pine Bluff.
They will be married on Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. at the White Hall First Baptist Church at White Hall with Brother Paul Williams officiating. Immediately following the ceremony, a reception honoring the couple will be held at the White Hall First Baptist Church Activities Building.
Friends and relatives of the couple and their families are invited to attend both events.
