Ms. Edna Johnson-Goins of Pine Bluff, Ark., and Mr. Johnny Goins Jr. of Pine Bluff, Ark., are proud to announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss LaKrisha Renee Goins, to Mr. Jesse Tremayne Parker, son of Ms. Callie Minor-Davis, of Pine Bluff, Ark., and Mr. Jessie Parker of Pine Bluff, Ark.
LaKrisha is the granddaughter of Nellie Webb-Johnson and the late Ernest Johnson Sr., the late Johnny Goins Sr., and the late Martha Mclntosh-Goins, all of Pine Bluff, Ark. She is a 2002 graduate of Pine Bluff High School and a fall 2011 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. LaKrisha currently resides in Indianapolis, Ind., employed as a direct support professional.
Jesse is the grandson of the late Calvin Minor and the late Artie Minor, the late Nannie Parker and the late Emmitt Shorter, all of Pine Bluff, Ark. He is a 1998 graduate of Dollarway Senior High School. He received studies at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Jesse currently resides in Indianapolis, Ind., employed as a correctional officer.
LaKrisha and Jesse will exchange vows Saturday April 13, 2013, at the New St. Hurricane Missionary Baptist Church, located at 3319 S. Ohio St., in Pine Bluff, Ark., at 4 p.m. The couple will be wedded by Rev. Reginald Adams of Pine Bluff, Ark.
LaKrisha and Jesse are registered at JCPenney and Walmart.
