Kerri Ann Kizer and Jase Johnson to wed in January

Mary Ann Appelt Kizer of Pine Bluff, Ark., and Dale Kizer of White Hall, Ark., are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kerri Ann, to Jase Johnson, son of Randy and Angela Johnson, of Rockwall, Texas.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Hilmer and Mary Wojtek Appelt Sr. of Hallettsville, Texas, and the late William and Mabel Kesterson Kizer of Collins, Ark. Kerri Ann is a 2008 graduate of St. Joseph Catholic High School in Pine Bluff and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in May 2012 with a bachelor of science in computer information systems and accounting. She is employed by Ernst and Young in Dallas, Texas, as an information technology risk and assurance associate.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Terry and Elizabeth Allgood of Delight, Ark., Rodney Johnson of Athens, Texas, and the late Jean Helen Janicek. Jase graduated from Murfreesboro High School in 2005 and Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2009 with a bachelor of science in parks and recreation. He is employed by Larrett Inc. as a project manager.

The couple will be married at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2013, at Marty Leonard Chapel in Fort Worth, Texas.
