Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Arnold of Pine Bluff announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Arnold to Jeffery Turner, son of Olivia Hinton of White Hall.

The ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at New Town Missionary Baptist Church.

Family and friends are invited to attend.
