Beatrice Washington and Dwayne Randle to exchange wedding vows

Beatrice Washington and Dwayne Randle will exchange wedding vows at 5 p.m. March 16 at the Ramada Plaza.

Beatrice is the daughter of Robert Hixson of Columbus, Ga., and Arlene and Larry Kirk.

Dwayne is the son of the late Artra B and Mansfield Randle.
