WHITE HALL — Charlotte Jeanette Webb, age 81, of White Hall, died at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Mrs. Webb was born July 5, 1934, in Sevierville, Tenn., the daughter of the late Lynn and Mary Elizabeth Malone Moody.

James McClain Jr.

WARREN — James William McClain, Jr, age 78, of Warren, Ark., died Monday May 23, in Vilonia, Ark. Born December 23, 1937, in Cleveland County, Ark., a son of the late James William McClain, Sr, and Ollie Mae Beaty McClain he was retired from Potlatch Corporation with 32 years of service as Bradley Yard Foreman. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge # 33, serving as master mason and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Also preceding him in death was a daughter Marion Gail McClain, a brother Aubert McClain, and sisters Billie Maxine McClain, Doris Coker, a grandson Coty McClain and great-grandson Gabrielle Sullivan.

Sherry Diane Williams Spadoni, 63, of Pine Bluff, died Friday at her home. She was born March 7, 1953 in Stuttgart to the late J.B. and Edna Irene Dillday Williams. She was a homemaker.

Charline Scarbrough

WHITE HALL — Charline Marie Ware Scarbrough, 74, of White Hall, died Monday, May 23, 2016 in Little Rock. She was born August 1, 1941 in Jonesboro, daughter of Charles Thomas Ware and Geraldine Johnson Ware.

James Pevey

James Tony Pevey, 63, of the Clearwater Lake Community (Grant County), passed away at his home May 18, 2016. He was born November 30, 1952 in Pine Bluff to the late Louis and Ethel Millen Pevey.

Kendrick White

CROSSETT — Mr. Kendrick Kunta White, 39, of Crossett, Ark. passed Sunday, May 8, 2016. He was born in Pine Bluff to Benny Collier White of Pine Bluff and Maxine Thomas Gaddy of Crossett, Ark.

Robert Leach

Robert Leach, 90, of Pine Bluff transitioned on May 5, 2016 at JRMC. He was born May 14, 1925 in Sherrill, Ark., to the late Joseph Leach, Sr. and Anna White Leach.

Pauline Gossom

Pauline Lackey Gossom, age 84, of Pine Bluff, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, May 12, 2016. She was at peace with God, and was ready at any time that He was ready to bring her home. Pauline is now rejoicing with her loved ones who are already in God’s Kingdom.

LouVenia Clark

Mrs. LouVenia Vagner Elizabeth James Clark, 93, of Pine Bluff was born April 8, 1923 in Little Rock, Ark. and passed on May 8, 2016. The daughter of Dock Dante and Phoebe Vagner James, Sr., who preceded her in death. Her sisters, Sadye Coffee and Ruth Blanchard and brother, Dante James preceded her in death. LouVenia attended public schools in Little Rock (Bush Elementary and Dunbar High School) graduating in 1940. She enrolled in AM&N College (UAPB) where she met and married John Brooks Clark (Deceased 1996) of Hope. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from AM&N and her Master’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
