STAR CITY - Pretty Little Bumblebee, Mary-Alexsis “Lexi” Ry’Anne Guthrie, infant daughter of Robert Guthrie and Katie Garrison passed away Thursday. She was born at UAMS Thursday, with dark curly hair, 4 lbs 7 ½ oz. and 16 ½ inches long.

Mrs. Florine Dutcher, 89, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, September 15,2014. She was born to the late Louis Henry and Dinishie Hunter, March 9,1925. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie T. Dutcher,Sr.,son Johnnie Dutcher, grandson,Artie Dutcher,Jr, sister, Mary Johnson and four other siblings,L.T.,Leroy, Maggie and Louise. She leaves to cherish her loving memory,sons, Willie Dutcher,Jr.(Jeanne), Artie Dutcher(Joyce), daughters, Emma Weems(Eddie) Rose Franklin (Allen) and Barbara Hardman(Lee);surviving siblings,Joe L Henry, Alpha Bryant, Ina Spears, and Elizabeth Nunley. 9 grand children, 10 great-grand children and 3 great great grand children. Funeral services will be held Saturday,September 20,2014,10:00 A.M. at the Pleasant View Ministries, 1117 North Palm, with Pastor William A. Shaw,Jr., officiating. Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery. Services entrusted to the P.K. Miller Mortuary, of Pine Bluff,Arkansas. Mrs. Dutcher will lie in repose at the church on Saturday, from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. The family will be at 4130 McFadden Road, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Andrew “Bae Bae” Teddy Jackson Jr., 69, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at the Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born to the late Andrew Teddy Jackson Sr. and Eddie Mae Jackson on March 30, 1945.

WARREN - Bernice McBride Ragar age 93 of Warren, AR died Saturday, August 30th, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. Born November 16th, 1920 in Warren, AR a daughter of the late Kelly McBride and Virgie House McBride. She was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Ragar, whom she married September 28th, 1940 and he died October 12th, 1998, brothers James T. McBride, Frank McBride a sister Marcelle Hardin. Graveside services 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Oakland Cemetery. Burial Oakland Cemetery. Visitation 9:00 a.m. till service time Wednesday, September 3rd at Frazer’s.
