KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Mr. Searcy Williams, Jr., 64 of Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Hot Springs, Ark. passed October 18 at his home. He was born July 26, 1949 in Fort Knox, Ky. to the late Searcy Williams Sr. and Carrie L. Williams McGeachey.
He graduated from Langston High School at Hot Springs, Ark. in 1968.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, stepfather, brother, two sisters, two uncles and one aunt.
Survivors include three sons, Ennis (Crystal) Williams of Trimble, Mo., Scott Williams of Kansas City, Mo., Sean (Elizabeth) Roberts of Kansas City, Mo.; two brothers, James Williams of Hot Springs, Ark., and Gregory McGeachey of Hot Springs, Ark.; one sister, Alma Jean Cooper of Hot Springs, Ark.; five granddaughters, Gabrielle Williams, Rebecca Williams, Hanna Williams all of Trimble, Mo., Bianca Roberts, S’Mayia Williams of Kansas City, Mo.; two grandsons, Devin Roberts, and D’Marrionne Williams; great-grandson, Jeramiah Williams; uncle, George (Lenna) Hearn of Arkadelphia, Ark., nephews, nieces, cousins, and longtime companion Diana Davis.
Services will be Saturday, 10 a.m. at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home in Hot Springs, Ark., the Rev. Troy Hearns officiating. Burial will be in Richmond Hill Cemetery in Arkadelphia, Ark. Services by Perry Funeral Home.
