Roslyn Daniels


In profound sorrow the professional and courteous staff of the Christian Way Funeral Home sorrowfully announces the earthly departure of Ms. Roslyn Denise Daniels. Ms. Daniels answered to her name on Saturday, July 28, 2014 and said “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith, now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the lord the righteous Judge shall give me at that day.”

Roslyn’s journey began on February 6, 1964 in Pine Bluff to Rosetta Daniels Wise and the late Algia Pugh. She attended school in the Pine Bluff School District. She was a member of Victory Faith Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop K.D. Mixon Sr.

Roslyn leaves to cherish her memory her children; KaTinah Daniels, R.G. Mithcell Goal III and Ralonda Goal. Brothers: Anthony Akins, Michael Akins, Alvin Akins, Carl Pugh, Algia Pugh Jr., Algia Keno Pugh and Kendrick Pugh. Sisters: Stacie Rich, Tenisha Tidwell, Demetra Gayfield and Stacy Sanders. 3 grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Victory Faith Church of God in Christ by Bishop K.D. Mixon Sr. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery by Christian Way Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. The body will lie in state from 9:45 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
