STAR CITY — Mary Louise Henley, 87 of Star City died Friday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born January 1, 1929 in Lincoln County to the late Harvey M., Sr. and Velma Burr McGehee. She was a member of Daniels Chapel Baptist Church at Backgate. She worked for Byrd Manufacturing and Levi’s and retired from Sunbeam.

John McAdams

WHITE HALL — John H. McAdams, 67, of White Hall passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016. He was born September 17, 1948 in Kosciusko, Miss. to the late German Howard and Pauline Odoms McAdams.

Charlene Kearney

Charlene Kearney, 74, of Pine Bluff passed away Wednesday, May 25. She was born March 16, 1942 in Pine Bluff. She was preceded in death by her father Hiram Bennett Jr. and sister Delores Bennett. She is survived by her mother Lorene Yates and a brother Jim Bennett both of Pine Bluff, a daughter Terri Rollins of Louisana. Grandchildren Chris Yates of Pine Bluff, Amanda, Tony, Laura, and Cindy Allen all of Louisana. She had 9 great grandchildren and several neices and nephews. She was a Jehovah’s Witness. Memorial services will be held at The Kingdom Hall, 4015 Camden Rd., Wednesday, June 1st at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Susan G. Koman Foundation.

Charlotte Webb

WHITE HALL — Charlotte Jeanette Webb, age 81, of White Hall, died at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Mrs. Webb was born July 5, 1934, in Sevierville, Tenn., the daughter of the late Lynn and Mary Elizabeth Malone Moody.

James McClain Jr.

WARREN — James William McClain, Jr, age 78, of Warren, Ark., died Monday May 23, in Vilonia, Ark. Born December 23, 1937, in Cleveland County, Ark., a son of the late James William McClain, Sr, and Ollie Mae Beaty McClain he was retired from Potlatch Corporation with 32 years of service as Bradley Yard Foreman. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge # 33, serving as master mason and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Also preceding him in death was a daughter Marion Gail McClain, a brother Aubert McClain, and sisters Billie Maxine McClain, Doris Coker, a grandson Coty McClain and great-grandson Gabrielle Sullivan.

Doyle Reynolds Jr.

JEFFERSON — Doyle Gene Reynolds, Jr., 56 of Jefferson died Thursday. He was born October 18, 1959 in Pine Bluff to Polly Smith Reynolds and the late Doyle Gene Reynolds, Sr. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a graduate of Gould High School and the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He was a FAA certified flight examiner and a self-employed caterer. He was very active in the flight industry in Arkansas.

Gary Pullman

STUTTGART — Gary Pullman, 65, of Stuttgart died Friday. Survivors are sons, Bo Pullman of Almyra and Zackary and BJ Pullman of White Hall; daughters, Trasina King of Stuttgart and Taylor Watson of White Hall; brother, Joe Pullman of Stuttgart; sister, Jerry Lynn Rockwell of Stuttgart; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral is 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jesus Name Church of Christ with visitation Monday 6-8 p.m. at the church.

Teri Anthony

CROSSETT — Teri Anthony, 54, of Crossett, died Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Ashley County Medical Center. Mrs. Anthony was a native and resident of Crossett for most of her life. She graduated from Crossett High School in 1980 and she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. She was a hairdresser and a member of the First Church of God.
