WHITE HALL — Lucille Genevieve Scholebo, age 91, of White Hall, died Sunday, February 7, 2016, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Scholebo was born August 13, 1924, in St. Genevieve, Mo., a daughter of the late John Louis and Linda LaRose Roth.

Peggy Jo Thompson Owen, 79, of Pine Bluff, Ark., passed away surrounded by family at her home Sunday, February 7, 2016. She was born September 29, 1936, in Cornerville, to J. C. and Vivian Lain Thompson.

William Kulbeth

William (Bill) C. Kulbeth, 80, of Pine Bluff went home to be with his Lord Monday, February 5, 2016. He was born August 28, 1935, to the late D. C. Kulbeth and Mable Kulbeth Nichols. Mr. Kulbeth faithfully served his country for two years in the United States Army and worked as a scale officer for Mid America Co. for over 30 years. He was an avid fisherman and loving husband and father. He is preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Kulbeth and two sisters, Opal Pharr and Genice Swanson.

David Halstead

REDFIELD — David Edward Halstead, age 82, of Redfield, died Monday, February 1, 2016. Born October 23, 1933 at Bloomingrose, West Va., he was a son of the late Ezra French Halstead and Etta McCalister Halstead. He graduated from Sherman High School in Seth, W. Va. in 1952. Mr. Halstead proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1953-1957 and was stationed in Korea and at Quantico, Va.

Franklin Daniel Simpson, age 83, of Pine Bluff died Sunday, January 31, 2016. Born January 25, 1933 at Morrilton, he was a son of the late Elmer Simpson and Ola Chenault Simpson.

Scott Braswell

Scott Braswell, age 57, of Pine Bluff died Sunday, January 2, 2016. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 6, 2016, 6 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held following the services.

Robert Tucker

SHERIDAN — Robert Tucker,74, of Sheridan, Arkansas was the son of the late Elmer and Forrest Gray Tucker. He was a faithful member of Hardin Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.

Charles Wright Sr.

LITTLE ROCK —Charles R. Wright, Sr. of Little Rock went to meet his Savior on January 2, 2016. He was born on December 5, 1932 in Rison, Arkansas. He was a graduate of White Hall High School in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He served in the Korean War from 1952 to 1956 in the Air Force as a staff sergeant. He resided in Little Rock where he was retired from the Little Rock Airport as a FAA employee working as a radar engineer.

Freddie Ricks

Mother Freddie McCorvy Ricks 80, of Pine Bluff, Ark., passed away December 23, 2015 at JRMC. She was born July 3, 1935 in Wilmot, Ark., to the late Abe and Ruth Waters.
