KINGSLAND - James E. Crosby, age 79, of Kingsland, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Dallas County Medical Center in Fordyce. He was born January 25, 1935 in Kingsland to the late Florence Gage Hughes. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sharon Graham Crosby of Kingsland, whom he married September 27, 1975; bother in law, Alex Graham and nephews, Mike Neal and Tony Neal.

STAR CITY - James “Jim” Kenneth Moore, 77, of Star City, died June 23, 2014. He was born on March 4, 1937 in Dumas, to the late Clyo Moore and Wilma Waller Moore. Mr. Moore retired from the United States Navy.

Frances Spoust Krzysztyniar, 93, of Pine Bluff died May 29, 2014 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Pine Bluff. She was the daughter of the late Charles J. and M. Frances Grochowska Spoust.

DUMAS - Mark Alan “Tid” Branson, 49 of Dumas died June 23, 2014 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born February 8, 1965 in Dumas. Mark was a graduate of Watson Chapel High School class of 1983, University of Arkansas at Monticello, class of 1987 majoring in Agri business. He was an employee of Helena Chemical for 7 years, a soybean and cotton consultant and a farmer, having last worked for Pickens & Son. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Gould. Mark‘s grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. J.O. Knight, Mr. and Mrs. Woodie Castleberry, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. L.E. Branson Sr. preceded him in death. Survivors are his parents, Woodie & Nedra Knight Castleberry of Gould; one daughter, Autumn Branson of Little Rock, one sister, Judith (Eddie) Holcomb of Sheridan, one Step daughter, Brandy (John) Moyar of Gould, one niece, Jennifer (Jim Bob) Wentz of Sheridan, one nephew Tyler (Jodi) Threlkeld of Russellville, great niece, Addyson Wentz and one great nephew, Drake Threlkeld and other family members and friends. Funeral services held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 27 at Griffin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dubs Byers officiating and visitation held one hour prior to funeral service, with burial in Dark Corner Cemetery, Gould. Memorials may be to Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, P.O. Box 328, Gould, Ark. Arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas.
