Charlotte Webb

WHITE HALL — Charlotte Jeanette Webb, age 81, of White Hall, died at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Mrs. Webb was born July 5, 1934, in Sevierville, Tenn., the daughter of the late Lynn and Mary Elizabeth Malone Moody.

James McClain Jr.

WARREN — James William McClain, Jr, age 78, of Warren, Ark., died Monday May 23, in Vilonia, Ark. Born December 23, 1937, in Cleveland County, Ark., a son of the late James William McClain, Sr, and Ollie Mae Beaty McClain he was retired from Potlatch Corporation with 32 years of service as Bradley Yard Foreman. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge # 33, serving as master mason and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Also preceding him in death was a daughter Marion Gail McClain, a brother Aubert McClain, and sisters Billie Maxine McClain, Doris Coker, a grandson Coty McClain and great-grandson Gabrielle Sullivan.

Sherry Spadoni

Sherry Diane Williams Spadoni, 63, of Pine Bluff, died Friday at her home. She was born March 7, 1953 in Stuttgart to the late J.B. and Edna Irene Dillday Williams. She was a homemaker.

Charline Scarbrough

WHITE HALL — Charline Marie Ware Scarbrough, 74, of White Hall, died Monday, May 23, 2016 in Little Rock. She was born August 1, 1941 in Jonesboro, daughter of Charles Thomas Ware and Geraldine Johnson Ware.

James Pevey

James Tony Pevey, 63, of the Clearwater Lake Community (Grant County), passed away at his home May 18, 2016. He was born November 30, 1952 in Pine Bluff to the late Louis and Ethel Millen Pevey.

Amari Cole

Baby Girl Amari Sue Cole of Pine Bluff, Ark., passed May 14, 2016 in Little Rock. She was born April 30, 2016 to Kenneth Cole and Kandra King both of Pine Bluff, Ark.

Jo Brown

Jo Morris Brown, 83, of Pine Bluff, died peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2016 surrounded with love by her three sons, family and friends. Born Mamie Jo Morris in Cleveland, Miss., on June 15, 1932, she was the daughter of Annette Thomas and Sanford V. Morris. An only child, she was raised in Cleveland, Miss., where she met her lifetime sweetheart, Norwood Brown. She graduated as salutatorian from Cleveland High School and received a bachelor’s degree from Delta State University and a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.

Jerry Dollar

CABOT — Jerry Lynn Dollar, 66, of Cabot died Saturday, May 14, 2016. He was born in Little Rock to Sallie Mae Vincent Dollar and the late Arthur Lynn Dollar. Mr. Dollar served his country in the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam. He later worked as a bricklayer and was a member of Bricklayers Union #1 of Arkansas for 47 years. Mr. Dollar was also a member of VFW Post 4548 and the American Legion. He was a fan of car racing and truly enjoyed his retirement and working in his shop, but his greatest joy came from his grandchildren. He was a wonderful father and husband and was devoted to his mother. In addition to his father, Mr. Dollar was preceded in death by a daughter, Tonya Dollar and a sister, Judy Jones.

Luciann Owens

WHITE HALL - Luciann “Lucy” Owens, 70, of White Hall, passed away Saturday May 14, 2016. She was born August 15, 1945 in Pine Bluff to the late Lucian H. and Frankie Massanelli Owens. Lucy was educated and received her diploma from Jenkins School. Lucy was a member of the Delta Resource Center and was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pine Bluff.
