Ocie McCullars Browning, 94, of Pine Bluff passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015. She was born Sept. 8, 1920, in Humphrey, Ark., to the late Luther and Dora McMillian McCullars.

Ronald Butts

Ronald Eugene Butts, 67, better known to his friends as “Ron” and to family as “Ronnie,” has joined previous members of his family in the great hereafter. Ron was born June 30, 1947, in Pine Bluff, Ark. He was the second son of Lee Gladstone Butts and Patsy Hoobler Butts.

SAN MARCOS, TEXAS - Mr. Quenton “Polo Don” Huggins 24, of San Marcos, Texas formerly of Pine Bluff, received his wings on April 25, 2015. He was born June 28, 1990.

Charles Carnahan

STUTTGART - Charles Edward Carnahan, age 73, of Stuttgart, Ark., died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. Mr. Carnahan was born February 9, 1942, in Stuttgart, a son of Virbell Faye Stone Carnahan and the late Teddy Theodore Carnahan.

David Parker Jr

David E. Parker was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas June 18, 1951. He was the second child born to Dr. David E. Parker Sr. and Mary Dell Guinn Parker. He was a graduate of Pine Bluff High School. He attended Princeton University as an undergraduate and received his law degree from Georgetown School of Law. He practiced law briefly before illness cut short his career. He is survived by his brothers Michael J. Parker and Kenneth L. Johnson III, his sister Laura Parker Castoro, his step-father Kenneth L. Johnson Jr, a niece and two nephews.
