Robert Keith Carter, 60, of Pine Bluff, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014, at his home. Born December 14, 1953, in Jackson, Miss., he was the youngest son of the late, Robert Edward and Neva Gilliam Carter. As a small child, he and his family moved to Pine Bluff. He graduated from Pine Bluff High School and attended Harding University.
