Jessie Lee Roulhac, 86, of Pine Bluff died November 12, 2014 at Davis Life Care Center East. Born February 16, 1928 in Warren , Ark. to the late Bob and Orena Williams Bates.

Elizabeth London

Elizabeth Marie London, 82, of Pine Bluff died November 11, 2014 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born September 4, 1932 in Moscow Ark. to the late Robert Genola Thornton Montgomery. Survivors include her husband, Robert London, Jr.; sons, Danny London, Gregory London, and Carlton London; daughter, Janeau London and a host of other family members. Willie Peeples

Funeral services for Willie L. Peeples, 70, of Pine Bluff passed November 15 at Davis Life Center will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Holmes Chapel Presbyterian Church 527 East, McCloy, Monticello, Ark., Rev. Dr. Alford Branch pastor. He was born October 3, 1944 in More baptized nticello, Ark., to Viola Peeples & Butter Binns. He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Drew High School. He was a Vietnam Veteran who served faithfully in the U.S. Army. After his honorary discharge he relocated to Pine Bluff, Ark., and was employed at the PIne Bluff Arsenal. He united in holy matrimony to Mattie Buchanan in 1998. Later in life he was re baptized and joined Seventh Day Adventist Church on October 16, 2010 where he remained a member until his death. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister, one son.

Arethias Bacon, Sr.

Arethias “Buddy Hall” Bacon, Sr., 85 was born June 23, 1929 in the Ladd Community to the late Mary Caroline Mackrel Hall and Willie Louis Bacon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Melzener P. Bacon; two children – Mary Louise Bacon and Clarence Bacon, four sisters and three brothers. He was educated in the Ladd and Hooker Communities.

Otis Boyd, 77, of Pine Bluff passed November 7, 2014 at Jeffereson Regional Medical Center. He was born April 4, 1937 in Cornerstone, Arkansas to the late John and Rosie Scott Boyd.

Linda Lamb

MONTICELLO - Linda Kay “K-Baby” Lamb, 59 of Monticello passed away November 11, 2014 at the Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Survivors include her daughter, Treva Lamb of Monticello; her son, Undrea Lamb of Monticello; two godsons, ViToria Slade of Houston, Texas, and Shaydren Williams of Pine Bluff; three brothers, John Jr. and Kenneth Lamb, both of Monticello, and Bobby Lamb of Kansas City, Mo.; six sisters, Curtisteen Clary and Evelyn Ridgell, both of Monticello, Patricia Newton of Warren, Emma Johnson of Liberal, Kan., Shirley Lamb and Dorothy Ann Lamb, both of Clarksville, Tenn.; eight grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Veda Mitchell

JACKSONVILLE - Veda Lorell Mitchell, 67, Jacksonville, died November 11, 2014. She grew up farming and picking cotton and graduated from high school in Wabbaseka, Ark. She received her B.S. in Elementary Education from UAPB. She taught at Jenkins Memorial Children’s Center in Pine Bluff, Ark. and was a substitute teacher in Jefferson County. She was baptized July 4th, 1970 and began attending the Worldwide Church of God. Veda is survived by children, Joe (Melanie), James Mitchell and Kelly (Larry) Smith; grandchild, Cody Mitchell; seven brothers and sisters.

Ruby Lee

DUMAS - Mrs. Ruby W. Lee, 68, of Dumas passed Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Born July 10, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Huggins and Mary Lee Reed Williams. She was a member of Tyree Temple A.M.E. Church in Dumas serving as Sunday School Teacher, Mission President, Church Secretary and Trustee, and as Secretary at Dumas Junior High School.
