LITTLE ROCK — Charles W. Bland, passed away June 28, 2015, at Baptist Health Little Rock after a seven week battle with acute myeloid leukemia. He passed easily and finally able to breathe without struggling.

ALTHEIMER — Thomas P. Inman, age 82, of Altheimer, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015. Born September 4, 1932 in Cheyenne, Wyo., he was a son of the late John B. Inman and Mollie Cullipher Inman. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict.

STAR CITY — Tony Allen Bennett, 53, of Star City, died Sunday, June 14, 2015, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born Sept. 16, 1961, in Monticello to the late Daniel Washington and Melba Sue Lilly Bennett.

David Kealer

BISMARCK — David Kealer, 61, of Bismarck, Ark., was called home to be with his Savior on Monday, June 22, 2015. He was born Dec. 3, 1953, in Pine Bluff, Ark., to Fred and Esta (Ramey) Kealer. He was a beloved husband, caring father and fun-loving Pappy. Anyone who knew David knew that one of his favorite things in life was to be in God’s house, worshiping his Savior. Serving God was vitally important in his life, and he did this over the years in many capacities, including serving as a deacon, Sunday school teacher, song leader, and even as a preacher and pastor.

Mildred Andrews Bradley, 94, of Pine Bluff, Ark., died Wednesday, June 17, 2015. She was born in Pine Bluff, February 20, 1921, a daughter of the late Collins Adams and Mildred Owen Andrews.

Willie Morgan

Willie Von Pierce Reed Morgan, age 90, of Rison, died Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. Mrs. Morgan was born September 7, 1924 in Grapevine, a daughter of the late Harvey C. and Mattie Mae “Marie” Johnson Pierce. She attended schools in Grapevine and Pine Bluff. Mrs. Morgan was a member of Rison Baptist Church, where she taught children’s Sunday school for twenty-eight years and was a member of the church choir for many years. She was the retired owner of Reed’s Dry Good Store. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Cleve W. Reed, Sr. and Huey Morgan; three sisters, Nona Shoptaw Huntley, Eva Jane Lee, and Patsy Lindsey; brother, Harvey C. Pierce, Jr.

Mr. Clifton Shine, Jr. 56, of Pine Bluff passed Saturday, June 13, 2015. He was born in Dayton, Ohio to Clifton and Vera Mae(Carter) Shine, Sr., both of Pine Bluff. He leaves to cherish memories: His Parents; One Son, Christopher Reshard Shine of Sherwood, Ark.; Two Daughters, LaToya Shine-Mason of Suffolk, Va., Britana Shine of Little Rock, Ark., Three Brothers, Rickey Shine of Dallas, Texas, Maurice Shine of Los Angeles, Calif., Reginald Shine of Atlanta, Ga.; One Sister, JoAnn Williams of Little Rock, Ark.; Five Grandchildren.

DALLAS, TEXAS - Frances Evelyn Young, 90, passed away in Dallas, Texas on June 13, 2015. She was born November 14, 1924 in Humphrey, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and cared for many in her family that she loved so much. She had been living in her hometown of Humphrey, Arkansas until she moved to be closer to her sister, Sally.
