Kimberly Bullard

Ms. Kimberly Kaye (Kim) Bullard was born in Chicago, Ill., April 16, 1970 to the late James Bullard, Dorietha Tyler Bullard. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dubois Bullard and Emma Jean Watkins Bullard, Andrew and Luebertha Tyler.

Kim spent the majority of her adolescent years as a Military Brat, moving around country with her parents, upon moving to Pine Bluff, she went to middle school in the Dollarway School District and graduated from Dollarway School in 1988.

Kim joined the US Army and served honorable as a military Police Woman. She confessed a hope in Christ in 2008 and joined Apostlic Church under leadership of pastor, Julius Wright.

After moving to Hot Springs with her loving care giver Ms. Lemanche Smith, who cared for her until her passing. Kim attended church services at New Faith Christian Ministry under the teaching of pastor, Andrew Chatman.

Kim had a zest for life and unbreakable spirit and determination. She had a passion for cooking. She maintained her keen sense of humor and smile on her face.

Survivors include two daughters, Ebonie Bullard of Pine Bluff, Jasmine Watson of Pine Bluff, one son Dwayne Brandon Gines of Stafford, Va., brother, Kendricke Bullard, nephew, Justin Bullard of Jacksonville, Ark., grandmother, Irene Bullard of Pine Bluff, uncles, aunts, cousins. Visitation may be made Tuesday 6-7 p.m. at funeral home.

Funeral services will be Wednesday May, 28, 11:00 a.m. Grace Evangelical MBC, 4210 S. Ohio Street, Rev. Richard Bullard pastor.

Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Services by Perry Funeral Home.
