Marzee Frazier

Ms. Marzee was born to the late Dave Thorn and Victoria Hall on January 9, 1906 in Chedister, Arkansas. She was a homemaker, a farmer, and a foster parent. Her life ambition was helping others; especially orphans and the elderly. Her hobbies included working her gardens (vegetables and flowers); praying, reading the Bible, working in the Church, and mentoring.

Ms. Marzee leaves to cherish her loving memories four daughters, Patricia (Pat) Thorn Mayo, Jean Walker Ross (Eddie); Robin Herron Cline (Calvin); Jessie Mitchell Furlow all of Pine Bluff, Ark.; two brothers; Harry B. Thorn (Lois) of Los Angeles, Calif., and Chatman Thorn of Detroit, Mich.; 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the P.K. Miller Memorial Chapel with the Reverend Elzie Richardson officiating. Interment will be in Forrest Lawn Cemetery by the P.K. Miller Mortuary. Visitation will be held at the mortuary on Friday from 6-7 p.m. Ms. Frazier will lie in repose at the mortuary from noon until the time of service on Saturday.
