Funeral services for Mr. James “Eddie” Robinson, 68 of Pine Bluff passed January 21 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center Will be Saturday 11 a.m., Highland MBC, Rev. Christopher L. Mack, Sr. pastor.
He was born May 3, 1945 to Gordon Brown of Sweet Home, Ark. and the late Teresa Robinson. He was a member of Highland MBC. He graduated from C.P Coleman High School in 1954.
Upon graduating he served in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his mother Teresa Robinson. Survivors, his wife Lucille S. Robinson of Pine Bluff; four daughters, Felicia Robinson of Deer Field Beach, Fla., Yolanda Robinson of Little Rock, Magnolia (Ray) Walter of Atlanta, Ga., Moneisha Robinson of Pine Bluff; three sons, James Robinson, Eddie F. Robinson, Adrian “Dill” Anderson all of Pine Bluff; four sisters, Doris Malinda, Mary Hall, Angela Sachs, Shirley “Barbara” Sachs; special oldest grandchildren whom he helped reared, Demtre Ray Harvard of Deer Field Beach, Fla., Patrick “PJ” Stribling, Jr. of Pine Bluff; twenty grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins.
Visitation may be made Friday 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forrest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Services by Perry Funeral Home.
