LITTLE ROCK — Two Maumelle High School students have been suspended after allegedly making a video of themselves having sex in a boys bathroom at the school, according to a Maumelle police report.
The video was turned in to police on April 10. Police said the person who turned it in reported that it was being passed around the school.
An officer contacted Assistant Principal Leslie Ireland, who said two students had been suspended after another student discovered them having sex in the bathroom and told a teacher.
The teacher then walked in on the two students, told them to get dressed and then had a male coach check the bathroom for more students. No other students were found, according to the report.
Ireland also contacted the Arkansas State Police hotline.
The students’ names were redacted from the report because they are juveniles.
One of the juveniles suspended told police he was not the person in the video, according to the report.
