The Pine Bluff Police Department has identified the victim in Saturday’s homicide as 30-year-old Earnest Ford Jr. of Pine Bluff. This is the city’s sixth murder of 2016 and the third in the past six days. According to a police department news release, at around 5:03 p.m., officers responded to the area of 1112 E. 24th Ave. in reference to a person having been shot.
