Pine Bluff police located man who was sought on forgery and theft charges Tuesday after issuing a be-on-the-lookout alert for him early in the day.

Jordan Carey Cotner, 20, was sought for an April 8 incident when he allegedly forged the name of a relative on a check and cashed it at Relyance Bank.

He was also sought on an allegation of first-degree forgery involving counterfeit money, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of a controlled substance.
