Emmanuel Foster, 28, of Pine Bluff has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Lee of Pine Bluff, who was found dead under a carport at a residence in the 1700 block of South Linden Street shortly before 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Police are investigating the homicide which occurred after responding to a call of shots being fired Monday night.
Lee was pronounced dead at the scene of an apparent gunshot wound, police spokesman Officer Richard Wegner said.
Lee was found in the carport area of a white house. The front of the house faces Linden Street, but the garage faces 18th Avenue. Police had much of 18th Avenue and Linden Street on either side of the house taped off as part of the potential crime scene.
Wegner said that after the initial call of shots being fired, police received a second call that a house had been shot up.
