White Hall police are continuing their investigation into a burglary at Hunter’s Refuge on Tuesday, July 22, and are asking for help in identifying the persons involved.
Assistant Chief Paul Brown said in a news release Thursday that a “substantial reward” is available for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspects.
Criminal Investigations Sgt. John Zuber said the business at 7013 Dollarway Road was broken into at about 3:45 a.m. by at least two subjects who broke the door glass, then went to a gun case and took several handguns before exiting out the same door.
“They were in and out really quickly,” Zuber said.
Both Zuber and Brown said the suspects appeared to be familiar with the layout of the business because they went directly to the gun case.
Brown said surveillance video from the business is being examined for clues to the identity of the suspects. The video may be viewed online at www.pbcommercial.com or at www.youtube.com/user/PBCommercial
Anyone with information is asked to contact Zuber at 247-1414 and all calls will be kept confidential.
