A Redfield man who was hit by a vehicle that left the scene on March 15 remains in the intensive care unit of a Little Rock hospital, Redfield Police Chief Steve McFatridge said Tuesday.
The man, Teddy Henry, 56, was riding a bicycle in the 400 block of River Road when a silver or light gray vehicle, believed to be a car, struck him from behind while traveling east on River Road, then drove away.
Last week, McFatridge said the suspect vehicle may have had damage on the right front passenger side and possibly a broken window.
On Tuesday, McFatridge said evidence collected at the scene has been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory at Little Rock and police are waiting on the results of that examination.
In addition, Redfield police are conducting vehicle searches through the Arkansas Department of Motor Vehicles.
Anyone with information about the accident is asked to contact the Redfield Police Department at 501-397-5100.
