Adams to seek second term on Quorum Court

The Rev. Reginald D. Adams Sr. has announced that he will be seeking a second term as District Two Justice of the Peace on the Jefferson County Quorum Court in the May 20 Democratic primary.

“It has been an honor and privilege to serve District Two in Pine Bluff and the rest of Jefferson County,” Adams said in a press release. “We are facing some difficult times in the county but I believe, with the help of God and with all of us working together, we can make Pine Bluff and Jefferson County a better place.”

Adams serves on the Health and Welfare committees of the Quorum Court, and is an active member of New St. Hurricane Missionary Baptist Church where he served as interim pastor for two years.

“I also live in District Two where I work and am the proud owner of Big A’s Ornamental Iron,” Adams said. “As a resident of District Two, I get a lot of response from the residents of this district and for this I am most thankful to all.”

Adams is married to Chelsea Adams and they have three daughters and two sons.

“I look forward to serving you again as Justice of the Peace for District Two,” he said.
