UAM sets new community education courses


MONTICELLO — Non-credit courses in various topics will be offered this fall by the University of Arkansas at Monticello’s Department of Community Education.

The new offerings include Babysitting Basics, Healthy Aging: What Does that Mean, Couponing Made Simple, Gardening 101: The Fall Vegetable Garden, Dynamic Life Drawing, Sumi-E, Holiday Pies Made Easy and several other cooking classes.

Also for fall are some of the most popular community classes, including Dance Fitness, Floral Design Basics, and Computer Clean Up.
