Star City High School recently hosted an Arkansas Advanced Initiative for Math and Science Assembly on Sept. 13 to honor 19 students who earned qualifying scores on Advanced Placement exams last year.
Students who earned a 3 or higher on an Advanced Placement exam were presented with a $100 money card and qualified to receive three hours college credit in that subject.
