Simmons First National Corporation has announced the promotion of Kish Ivey to senior vice president.
Ivey holds the position of compliance manager for the corporation, a position that she has held since June 2013, and has oversight responsibility for the staff of compliance officers. She has more than six years of experience with Simmons First and previously held the position of compliance manager for Simmons First National Bank, the flagship and largest bank of the corporation. Before joining Simmons First, Ivey worked as an Information systems auditor for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and as an information systems examiner for the Arkansas State Bank Department.
Ivey was a double major in computer information systems and finance at the University of Central Arkansas, where she obtained a bachelor of business administration degree and went on to obtain her master of business administration degree.
Ivey is a certified information system auditor and has completed numerous training courses and conferences offered by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, American Bankers Association, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Conference of State Bank Supervisors, Arkansas Bankers Coalition for Disasters and Emergencies and the Mid-South Regulatory Compliance Group.
Ivey serves on the board of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
