First Trinity plans summer food events

First Trinity Church of God in Christ is participating in the Summer Food Service Program sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Meals will be served at these sites:

• First Trinity, 800 Catalpa St., June 9 to Aug. 8., breakfast 7:30 to 9 a.m. and lunch 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Family Community Development Corp., 1001 N. Palm St., June 9 to Aug. 8., breakfast 8 to 8:30 a.m. and lunch 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

• Healing Place Ministry, 8309 Old Warren Road, June 16 to July 18, breakfast 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. and lunch noon to 1 p.m.

The sites will be closed July 4. Meals will be provided to all children free and are the same for all children without discrimination. People who want to file a Civil Rights complaint of discrimination may fill out a USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form online or at a USDA office or by calling 866-632-9992 to obtain a form.
