SWAC RELEASES BASKETBALL TV SCHEDULE

The Southwestern Athletic Conference announced its television schedule for the upcoming men’s and women’s basketball season on Wednesday.

The lineup includes 14 games to be televised on ESPNU or ESPN2 beginning with an Alabama A&M-Jackson State matchup Jan. 4 and concluding with the men’s and women’s tournament finals March 13 in Shreveport, La.

The UAPB men’s game at Alabama State will be televised on ESPNU at 8 p.m. Jan. 11, as well as both the men’s and women’s regular season finales March 1 at Jackson State. The women will begin at 3:30 p.m. and the men at 6 p.m.

Both UAPB seasons will begin Nov. 13. The men play at Colorado and the women at Mississippi State.
