WILMAR — John W. Henry, 77, of Wilmar passed away Monday, Oct. 26, 2009.

He was born Aug. 23, 1932, in Wilmar, Ark.

He was retired from Herman Wilson Saw Mill and was a deacon at the Pentecostal Flame COGIC in Wilmar.

He was the son of the late Alex Henry and Mary O’Neil Henry and was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Julia McCoy Henry of Wilmar; and one sister, Evelina Henry.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial in Bethel Cemetery.

Visitation: 6-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
