Bill Reid to present Mark Perry book

Bill Reid will present a book review of Mark Perry’s book, “The Most Dangerous Man in America — The Making of Douglas MacArthur,” at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 30, in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church, 6501 Hazel St.

Clarification

An article in the Tuesday edition of The Commercial about the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts included information about a May 29 deadline. That deadline is the deadline for a program, Project HELIX, that ASMSA is hosting this summer for lower-income students from the Delta region, not the school’s admissions application.
