White Hall Museum to host Memorial Day program

A Memorial Day observance will be held at the White Hall Museum at 10 a.m. Monday.

Program participants will include Col. David Musgrave, commander of the Pine Bluff Arsenal; Bo Fontaine, former Jefferson County sheriff and decorated veteran; Jack Jones, retired former Jefferson County judge; the 106th Army Band from Camp Robinson; Richard Bailey, professor of music at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff; Civil War re-enactors; Jim Monroe of First Baptist Church; White Hall JROTC; Larry Adams, Jefferson County motorcycle riders, Joe Bland, Mayor Noel Foster and David Beck.

Refreshments will be served following the program. Parking will be provided. All active and retired military personnel in attendance will be recognized. The public is invited to attend.
