The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas will host its “A Taste of the Wildlife” at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 7 at the Pine Bluff Country Club.
The event will include a gourmet feast prepared by Chef Jamie McAfee, entertainment by Matt Soto & the Draw Down, DJ Mario Luna, and Plush & Pearls, a laser shooting gallery with pearl-adorned stuffed animals.
Tickets are $50 each and may be purchased at www.ArtsScienceCenter.org. In addition to individual tickets, tables seating eight, nine, or 10 are available and these will include a table sign with the purchaser’s company or family name. To reserve a table, call 870-536-3375 by Monday.
The center, located at 701 Main St., is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 1-4 p.m. Saturday, and is closed on Sunday. Support for ASC is provided in part by the Arkansas Arts Council, an agency of the Department of Arkansas Heritage, and the National Endowment for the Arts. Hands-on science exhibits are offered through the center’s partnership with Arkansas Discovery Network, a consortium of seven museums in Arkansas funded by the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation.
