“A Taste of Trinity,” the annual fall tradition of Trinity Episcopal Church, 703 W. Third Ave., will be presented by the Episcopal Church Women on Saturday. Doors open at 10 a.m. for the bake shop, casseroles and treasures.
A luncheon will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The menu will include “Salad Three Ways” — baked chicken salad, cranberry chutney and marinated vegetable salad — rolls, pumpkin mousse with caramel sauce, coffee and iced tea. Admission is free of charge. Luncheon tickets are $8 each and may be purchased by calling 870-534-3832 or at the door the day of the event.
A hand-thrown pottery tray imprinted with crosses donated by Miller’s Mud Mill in Dumas will be offered as part of the fundraising activities. Tickets for the prize drawing are $1 each.
Fall centerpieces on the serving tables will be offered for sale as well as the church cookbook, “A Taste of Trinity.”
