Activities planned Monday through Friday at the Strachota Senior Center, formerly the Bradshaw Senior Citizens Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave.

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Tuesday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing), aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Wednesday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Thursday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing), aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Friday

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Strachota Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Strachota center is available by calling 870-543-6323.

Honey mustard chicken, parslied potatoes, green peas, white bread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk

Tuesday

Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, broccoli, dinner roll, apple raisin compote, French dressing and milk

Wednesday

Smothered beef, whipped potatoes, sliced carrots, wheat bread, strawberry fruited gelatin and milk

Thursday

Turkey ham with white beans, buttered rice, mixed greens, cornbread, fresh banana and milk

Friday

Chicken dumplings, green beans, country tomatoes, white bread, Oreo cookies and milk
