Activities planned Monday through Friday at the Strachota Senior Center, formerly the Bradshaw Senior Citizens Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave.

Monday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Tuesday

Coffee, dominoes, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing/resistance/strength training) and lunch

Wednesday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey and lunch

Thursday

Coffee, dominoes, PEPPI (low-impact/balancing/resistance/strength training) and lunch

Friday

Coffee, low-impact exercise, video exercise, aerobics by Bobbie Gurnsey, lunch and Spring Dance from 6 to 9 p.m. Admission to the dance is $3.

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Strachota Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Strachota center is available by calling 870-543-6323.

Smothered chicken patty, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, white bread, fresh apple and milk

Tuesday

Salisbury beef, brown gravy, garlic whipped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, Arkansas mud pudding and milk

Wednesday

Frito pie, parslied rice, coleslaw, corn chips, hot spiced fruit and milk

Thursday

Chicken dumplings, field peas, glazed carrots, dinner roll, fresh banana and milk

Friday

BBQ rib patty, baked beans, potato salad, hamburger bun, hot cinnamon applesauce and milk
