13 — The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Economic Research and Development Center will present an event that explores Pine Bluff and Southeast Arkansas’ early African American entrepreneurs and business learders at 5:30 p.m. at the UAPB Business Support Incubator, 615 S. Main St. The public is invited to attend.
13 — The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas, 701 Main St., will host Scott Sudduth of the Arkansas Hospitality Association for a free training session from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Participants will receive supporting materials and a certificate of completion for the course. Individuals or groups interested in attending this free training session should contact the Arts & Science Center to confirm attendance. 16 — The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary will sponsor a spring fundraiser and membership drive from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 6501 S. 24 — The city of Sherrill will host the third annual reunion and celebration at the fire station in downtown Sherrill from noon to 7 p.m. The event will include a vintage car show, a kiddie carnival with games, face painting, arts and crafts, a gospel fest, food vendors and entertainment for the entire family.
