Stacy Easterly and Jason Johnson set wedding for July 28

Easterly-Johnson HOUSTON — Stacy Marie Easterly, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Easterly of Pine Bluff, and Jason Jefferson Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy F. Johnson of Houston, will exchange wedding vows on July 28 at Second Baptist Church at Houston. Stacy is the granddaughter of Pete Commer of Pine Bluff and the late Retha Ann Commer, and Lois Easterly of Sheridan and the late Carrol D. Easterly. Her adopted grandparents are Lillian Doss of Pine Bluff and the late Kenneth Doss. She is a 2003 honor graduate of Pine Bluff High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is also a 2009 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas with a master's degree in social work. She received a post-graduate fellowship at Menninger Clinic at Houston. She is currently a licensed social worker and family therapist at The Harris School. Jason is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Frank of Houston and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J. Johnson. He is a 2005 honor graduate of Houston Christian High School and a 2009 graduate of Brigham Young University where he received a degree in business management and was a member of the baseball team. He is a financial analyst with AIG at Houston.

Hannah Merritt and Fernando Espitia to exchange wedding vows

Merritt-Espitia SHERIDAN — Stephen and Lisa Merritt of Sheridan are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Hannah Merritt, to Fernando Espitia, the son of Antonio Espitia of Rio Hondo, Texas, and Florencia Stedman of Batesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Margaret Hayes of Pine Bluff and the late John David Hayes, and the late James and Edith Merritt of White Hall. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Edith Hayes of Pine Bluff. Hannah is a 2009 homeschool graduate. The prospective bridegroom is a 2010 graduate of Sheridan High School and is currently employed at Tyson Foods Inc., at White Hall. Hannah and Fernando will exchange wedding vows at 6 p.m. June 9 at the First Apostolic Church of Sheridan with Pastor C.D. Scott officiating. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
