James and Ellouise Freeman to celebrate 60th wedding anniversary


Freeman: James and Ellouise Freeman of Pine Bluff will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 7 at Calvary Baptist Church, 1214 Robin Road, Whit Hall, Ark.

The event will be hosted by their children and their families, Mary Earhart of McAlester, Okla., Mindy Freeman of Hot Springs, Denise Freeman of Pine Bluff and James Freeman of Batesville.

The couple were married June 12, 1954, in Pine Bluff. Justice of the Peace Clyde Martin Jr. officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Freeman is former Ellouise Gaddy, the daughter of the late Thad and Ellen Gaddy of Pine Bluff. Freeman, a native of Lonoke, is the son of the late Curn and Eula Freeman. He is retired from Pine Bluff Trailer Manufacturing Co. The couple has 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
